Pancake Day?

Thanks to some UK tumblrs, I’ve learned that yesterday was not only Mardi Gras, but Pancake Day! Who wouldn’t love Pancake Day?! In honor of that, here’s a recipe I post last fall!

on saturday i made two different types of fall flavored cookies that i was going to share with you today. but then sunday came. and i made pancakes. and i couldn’t wait to share them, so the cookies will have to wait!
