Happy Mardi Gras, everyone! I absolutely loved New Orleans when I was there over the summer, and I wish I was there this week! I have to work tonight, but if I didn’t, I’d definitely be making something to celebrate the fun of this day. Maybe a King Cake, or some jambalaya?
