I don’t have a mixer? What should I do then?

I’m not sure I’d recommend making any sort of meringue without a mixer, since the main part of the process is mixing egg whites…a lot. You can get a pretty cheap handheld mixer, I found one for $8 on google product search! If you do try mixing by hand, let me know how it goes!
